Delivery & Returns

The short version of how delivery and returns work at Homvo. The full legal wording is in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan: Rs 200
• Free delivery on every order of Rs 2,500 or more, applied automatically at checkout

How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched from Lahore and reach most addresses in 2 to 3 working days from the day your order is confirmed.

Working days means Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not counted, so an order confirmed on a Saturday will usually reach you mid-week rather than on Monday.

If you are somewhere the courier does not reach often, we will tell you before we dispatch rather than let you wonder where the parcel is.

Paying for your order

You can pay cash on delivery, which means you hand the money to the courier when the parcel reaches you, or by bank deposit if you prefer to pay in advance. Both options appear at checkout.

Returns

If the product is not right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted back it needs to be:

• unused and in the condition it arrived in
• in its original packaging, with any accessories that came with it

Start a return by messaging us through the contact page with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will tell you where to send it.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. You will not be asked to pay return postage on an item that arrived faulty or was not what you ordered.

What we cannot take back

Anything that has been used, is missing parts, or has been damaged after delivery. This does not affect your rights where a product is genuinely faulty.
