How to Order

Ordering from Homvo takes about a minute, and you do not need a card or an account. Here is exactly what happens.

1. Choose your product

Open the product you want and pick your option if it has one, such as a colour or a bundle size. The price updates as you choose.

2. Add it to your cart

Press Add to cart. You can keep browsing and add more, or go straight to checkout. Orders of Rs 2,500 or more get free delivery, so it is often worth adding a second item.

3. Fill in where it should go

At checkout you will be asked for your name, address, city and phone number. The phone number matters: the courier uses it to reach you before delivery, so please give one that is switched on.

4. Choose how you want to pay

• Cash on Delivery means you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged before that.
• Bank Deposit means you transfer the amount before we dispatch.

5. Place the order

Press Complete order. You will see a confirmation on screen and get a confirmation email straight away. Keep your order number: it is the fastest way for us to find your order if you need to ask about it.

6. We pack and dispatch

We open and check your item before it is packed, then hand it to the courier.
