SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver across Pakistan. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME
Major cities: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Smaller towns and remote areas: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can add time.

DELIVERY CHARGES
A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 2,500 or more.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

TRACKING
Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received it within 2 working days of ordering, email homvopk@gmail.com

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or the phone number was unreachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.

REFUSED CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
If you place a cash on delivery order and then refuse the parcel without contacting us first, we may decline future cash on delivery orders from that address or phone number.

MISSING PARCELS
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 48 hours at homvopk@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the courier.
